1. Meeting with your accountant and business owner  to find out what we can adjust on the finance situation .We analyze the profitability, debt situation , cash management,and order situation to find the weak points .

2. Creating a new business plan with the new  improved changes including cash flow plan and sales forecast after the changes.

3. Presenting the business plan to the Bank /Investor and to the employees and or shareholder .   

4.Implement the changes as soon as possible ( sometimes we have to wait for the funding but some changes can be made immediately )

5. Meeting with Suppliers and find new contract terms to allow the business to run and generate revenue .(the solutions are different in every situation )  

6. If necessary find an interim CEO to guide the progress of recovery .Sometimes the Investor or the largest debtor want someone from us to watch the progress of recovery.
